Hi, I’m Adam Sobel.

I’m a professional chef with 25 years of experience in vegan cooking. I started my culinary journey by learning to cook vegan foods for my girlfriend (now wife).

Fast forward to today, and I’ve won various awards, had success with catering, food trucks, brick-and-mortar shops, written a vegan cookbook, and launched a blog and cooking classes.
